Catering Menu


Price is determined by Entrée selection.  Choose one salad, two entrees, two sides and one dessert.  These are buffet style pricing.

*Add 10% for plating style dinner.

*Pricing does not include Rentals of tables, chairs, plates, silverware, and chafers.  (I will be more than happy to help you figure out what you need for rentals and/or delivery.)

*Price does not include any beverages or bartender.  (I would be happy to help you with banquet permits, hiring bartenders, supplying of beverages, etc.)

*Price does not include 18% gratuity or 12.3% taxes.


Ultimately, we like to send out our menus just to get some general ideas and try to understand people's budgets.  Not all events are treated the same. Take a look at the menu and understand some of the cost related to the food.  I have done multiple large events for large ski resorts, and summer resorts. I have 100's of menu options, so if you do not see something you like, point me in the right direction so I can focus on your needs.  We have a food truck operation, we can use other kitchens on site, and we have tent operations too. We also have a venue inside Basic City Brewery.

Salad 1:  Mixed Green Salad - Mixed Greens, Red Onion, Bacon, Green Onion, Candied Pecans, Creamy Pesto Ranch  

Salad 2: Warm Bacon Salad- Spinach, Bacon, Hard Boiled Eggs, Red Onion, Warm Bacon Vinaigrette  

Salad 3: Hops Kitchen Salad- Mixed Greens, Red Onion, Apples, Dried Cranberries, Candied Walnuts, Sweet and Tangy Vinaigrette

Salad 4: Tradition Caesar Salad - Romaine, Croutons, Parmesan Cheese, Caesar dressing

Entree 6: Porchetta (stuffed skin-on pork belly with herbs and pork-loin roasted to a crispy skin outer and tender and moist on the inside) $30

Peruvian Mussels (pico de gallo in a mussel shell), Asian Scallops (sweet chili, pickles vegetables, seared scallop), Caribbean Shrimp Cocktail (sweet chili/coconut dipping sauce). These seafood varieties looks amazing on a large mirror and would impress anyone. 


Vegetarian Trio Option: $50 per platter

Each platter/board and mirror feeds about 30 people considering each person will eat 1.5 pieces. So each platter/board/ or mirror has 45 pieces on it. Any menu option that lists "per person" means it will be replenished and will not run out of product. We will assist in letting you know how much food to order for your size event. 

Hops Kitchen likes to start with this hors d’oeuvres menu to start the discussion. I have a large collection of other menu items that I am able to do. If you want something that is not on this menu or interested in a certain protein I can submit other options no problem.
